Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for vending services, merchandise, and other transactions:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• ACH / Bank Transfer (preferred for larger orders)

• Cash (for local pickups or on-site payments)

• Checks (with prior approval)

Payment Terms

• Quotes and service agreements may require a deposit.

• Full payment due upon completion of service or delivery unless other terms are agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur fees.

​Refunds

Vending Services (Fattycakes Vending)

• Deposits or service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

• Cancellations before service starts may receive a partial refund minus administrative fees.

Merchandise / Resale (Filthy Fox Trading)

• Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for unopened items in original condition.

• Buyer pays return shipping.

• No refunds on opened, used, or custom items. Refunds issued as store credit or original payment method (minus fees).
